Terms & Conditions
- Enquire Now with details of your event (date, location(s) & which package you’re interested in).
- To secure your booking, Mighteesoundevents require a 50%* which is payable within 15 days of accepting the quote
- You will receive a questionnaire to discuss timings, song choices and general event logistics.
- Two weeks before the event day a final balance invoice will be emailed to you. This must be settle no later than 1 week before the event.
- If required, we will hold a final face to face meeting with you in any commutable location of your choice to discuss ,plan music requirement and logistics.
- We operate a non-refundable policy. However, we can convert your deposit to a voucher which you can use on any of our services.

What types of events do you cater to?
We provide event production services for weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, private parties, and special occasions of all sizes across London and surrounding areas.
Do you offer packages or can services be booked individually?
Both! You can book individual services like DJ or lighting on their own, or we can create a custom package to suit your event’s needs and budget.
Can the LED screen be used outdoors?
Yes, our LED screens are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They’re weather-resistant and deliver high-resolution visuals in all lighting conditions.
Is the dance floor customizable?
Absolutely. Our seamless dance floors come in a variety of sizes and finishes, including gloss white, black, and mirrored options. We can also personalize it with decals or logos.
Do your DJs take song requests or playlists?
Yes! Our DJs are happy to work with your playlist or vibe preferences. We also accept live song requests during the event to keep the crowd engaged.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak seasons.
